Electrical engineer with solid experience in the sheet metal working machinery sector, both in Italy and abroad, since 1981. I primarily handle the technical and commercial aspects of my companies, with a constant focus on industry innovations.
In addition to my main activity, I offer on-demand consulting and support to executive boards.
Business Development: As a freelancer, I promote business as a sales manager, developing new opportunities with prospect companies and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Sales Network Management: I operate with full autonomy in managing national and international sales networks.
Training and Development: I create, train, and develop new sales networks in various countries.
Contract Management: I oversee the development and closure of contracts across multiple sectors of the sheet metal processing industry.
Thanks to an extensive network of contacts with professionals from complementary sectors, I provide my clients with comprehensive solutions.

A commercial consultant is someone who understands what the manufacturer wants to achieve, becomes their interpreter, and knows how to manage contracts to ensure they are closed in the right way.

Why did I write a book?
MY BOOK
Together with my colleagues and friends Danilo and Lucio, we decided to write this book to share what we’ve learned throughout our professional journey.
We combined our stories, our expertise, and above all, all the commercial techniques that have helped us (and still help us) tackle the most complex challenges and achieve even the most ambitious goals we set for ourselves.
This book was born from the desire to turn our experiences into a useful tool for anyone working at the intersection of technology and the market.
We’re not professional writers, but we believe deeply in the value of sharing.
